424026 pwm tested, with 700 ckp offset and pid working like oem. Also added 0138 rpm baseline calculation and it is tested, it can be merged into other projects for phi accel compensation. Research would be needed if our accel comp would make it worse on top of oem

Fixed the closed loop oscillation, PI integrator was to hard, also wrong interpolation algo. Its being tested in car, supposedly should be validated and put into release. 504012

la compensacion de aceleracion va perfecto. Muy parecido al original. cambiado el send1 handler y añadido un call desde tooth 13 para calcular la comp accel en una zona determinada
